DR. LEOPOLD A. KIMO RICHARDSON

I have spent most of my professional career helping education-oriented organizations, government agencies, and faith-based groups work more effectively to achieve their goals. This has looked like:​

• Overseeing accreditation (continuous quality improvement) work in hundreds of youth-serving organizations and government agencies

• Leading program implementation and expansion initiatives for regional and national organizations

• Advising multiple state task forces on developing recommendations to improve laws and regulations on preparing and credentialing educators

• Providing leadership training and workshops to organizational leaders

I am both a big picture and small details guy who loves helping leaders and the organizations they serve think holistically and act consistently with their goals for impact. I love grounding the work an organization does in the present with clear-eyed anticipation of the future using strategic foresight principles.

I hold a dual Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Divinity and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership (focusing on strategic foresight) from Regent University.
