LEOPOLD KIMO RICHARDSON

I have spent most of my professional career working to ensure that our nation's most vulnerable youth can access high-quality in-school and out-of-school programming. During that time, I have led program implementation as a Regional Managing Director with Citizen Schools, overseen the accreditation of hundreds of youth-serving nonprofits and government agencies, and developed an integrated accreditation and approvals strategy for a multi-partner initiative with leading HBCUs designed to increase the number of school leaders of color. I hold a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and am pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership (focusing on strategic foresight) from Regent University.

As a consultant, I leverage these experiences to provide a mix of strategic services designed to help nonprofits, districts, and government agencies scale initiatives serving our nation's youth.
